At The Atlas° Hotel, your wedding day is all about you. Our Custom Wedding Package offers the flexibility to tailor your celebration while ensuring you have everything you need for a seamless and stunning event. Whether you envision an intimate affair or a grand gathering, this allows you to focus on personalizing your day while staying within your budget.
Our custom package requires a minimum spend of $6,000* — including venue rental, catering, bar services, and bartenders.

Ceremony & Reception Spaces
- Imperial Ballroom | $1,000 rental
- Situated on the lower level, the Imperial Ballroom is our largest and most elegant space. With a ballroom-style setup, it comfortably seats up to 250 guests at round tables. This space includes a dedicated reception lobby and customizable LED-accent lighting for a personalized touch.
- Unity Hall | $1,000 rental
- Located on the second floor, Unity Hall offers a bright and inviting atmosphere with natural light streaming through windows on three walls. It accommodates up to 200 guests at round tables and provides access to our rooftop deck. Unity Hall also features a private reception lobby and coat-check area.
- Silver & Gray Room | $450 rental
- Ideal for more intimate gatherings, the Silver & Gray Room is located on the lower level and seats up to 80 guests at round tables.
- Custom Package Minimum: For events in this smaller space, the minimum spend is reduced to $2,500.
- Separate Ceremony Space
- Available for an additional fee, this option allows for a dedicated space to host your ceremony in style. This isn't included in your minimum spend.
Catering
- Exclusive in-house catering service | Featuring buffet options or late-night snack menus. Check out our 2025 menu options here. *Pricing for 2026 catering menus is subject to change and will be announced by the end of 2025.
- BYO Wedding Cake | We do not make wedding cakes in-house. You are welcome to bring your wedding cake from one of Regina's many amazing bakeries (and yes, that includes asking your talented "Auntie Susan" to whip up your favourite chocolate cake!).
Bar Services
- Corkage Service: $10 per person, including glassware, garnishes, ice, and more (client provides liquor permit)
- Full Bar Service: Managed by The Atlas°, with custom bar menu options and 2026 pricing
- Bartenders: $25/hour per bartender

- Special Guestroom Rates*: Convenient on-site accommodations for your guests. Special rates for the newlywed's wedding night.

- Guests can unwind at our onsite pub and restaurant
- Overnight guests can enjoy access to our waterpark and our no upcharge room service
Convenient Access
- Venue access on Friday evening for setup
- Full-day venue access on Saturday for your event
